National Council

A National President elected duly by the members of National Executive Council who are in turn duly elected by the President heads the organization.

Strength: Minimum strength shall be 4 and maximum stands at 68

Duration of the Council: 5 years*

*In case of mid term appointments the duration shall be valid only till the tenure of the current Council.

State Council

The National Council shall appoint the executive members of State Executive Council.

Strength: Minimum strength shall be 11

Duration of the Council: 3 years*

*In case of mid term appointments the duration shall be valid only till the tenure of the current Council

Election State Council President:

Eligibility:

• The candidate may be executive council member of State/District
• The national council should organize election
• National Council shall appoint an Observer who shall monitor and oversee all the activities related to the election
  

Modalities of Election:

• A nomination form duly filled by minimum of 5 executive members State/District
• Screening and verification of application and proposes shall be conducted the officer  appointed/authorized by National Council
• The location of the elections shall be recommended by the State Council and subsequently  approved by national council
• The date of the elections shall be recommended by the State Council and subsequently approved  by national council
• The voting shall be conducted through the method of ballot box
• The Electoral College shall consist of Executive members at State and District Council only
• Suspended members shall not participate in the elections
• Ballot Box shall be opened in the presence of a committee comprising of National and State Presidents.

Note: The executive members shall have to mobilize 700 memberships in a year subsequent to their appointment

District Council

• The State Executive Council shall appoint the executive members at Council.
• The executive members shall have to mobilize 500 memberships in a year subsequent to their  appointment

Block Council

• The District Executive Council shall appoint the executive members at Council.
• The executive members shall have to mobilize 250 memberships in a year subsequent to their  appointment

Village Council

• The Block Executive Council shall appoint the executive members at Council.
• The executive members shall have to mobilize 100 memberships in a year subsequent to their  appointment
